At Mihyar, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Mihyar account, navigate to 'My Orders', select the items you wish to return, and submit a return request to receive your RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return invoice to ensure smooth processing.
Hand Over to Courier
Our authorized shipping partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a pickup from your doorstep at your preferred time.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
